Our Story
We Opened Because

a Better Corner.
Espresso Mio started as a conversation between two people who were tired of choosing between good coffee and a place that felt like it wanted them to stay. We decided to stop choosing.
We source single-origin beans from roasters who treat the crop the way we treat our regulars — with respect and a personal touch. Everything is pulled to order. The pastries come from a local baker we actually know by name. The music is whatever the barista thinks you need to hear.
We're on 1st Avenue in North Park because that's where the neighborhood has always been the best part of the address. Sit down. Stay as long as you want. We're not watching the clock.
